My name is Shaundra.
I'm just a regular girl that's struggled with weight for as long as I can remember. I went on my first diet in the 5th grade. I remember that I weighed 130lbs and was about as tall as I am today. That was the beginning of my downward spiral into yo-yo dieting.
By the time I was a freshman in high school I weighed about 212lbs and by the time I reached my junior year in college, I weighed 252lbs.
That was it.
I went on a diet and lost down to 202 lbs in about 6 months. However, I graduated from college and within about a year, my father passed away and I just gave up for a little while on everything, including my diet and exercise plan I worked so hard to build.
In 2008, I thought I was ready to do it, but apparently I wasn't and I gave up about half way through the year. But in 2009, I made up my mind to never look back and to never give up! I've gone from 263lbs to where I am now...
